What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2.30 pm and check-out by 11.30 am. If you need to stay a few more hours in your room, we can arrange a late check-out if the room is available. You may also leave your bags at reception on your departure and we’ll mind them while you enjoy more time exploring Lucca.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and bancomat.
What are the cancellation terms?
You may cancel or modify your booking for free only until 72 hours before arrival. In the case of cancellation, late modification or no-show, you will be charged the price of the first night. (Example: arrival date April 10th - free cancellation by April 6th at 11:59 PM.)
Each rate and offer have varying cancellation terms and we ask you to read these carefully when you book.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have a private car park available at a cost of €20 per night with parking as available.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, we have free high speed broadband Wi-Fi all through the hotel.
Are you in the centre of Lucca?
Yes, our building is right in the historic centre, up against the famous walls of Lucca. You can easily reach all the sights of the city on foot or by bike from here.
Do you really offer free breakfast and a snack buffet?
Absolutely. Our buffet breakfast is always included in the room rate and is available until 11am. Between 11am and 7pm we offer a snack buffet in our open bar buffet in the hall, where you can help yourself to sweet or savoury snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, all free of charge.
Is it true some of your rooms are inside the walls of Lucca?
Yes, the owners restored the old oratory of Alba and old tower of San Giusto in the walls of Lucca, just 50 metres from the main hotel. These have been turned into our most exclusive rooms: the Family rooms, Superior rooms and Suites.
